To be honest, I hadn’t thought it was worth looking there, and that the site/app would be unobtainable. I have looked there now, but nothing in my case.0

I have looked there now, but nothing in my case.If the bill was based on final readings you gave to Green then it may have been cancelled as it should use the agreed and validated readings which will come from Shell. If not, then anything is possible during these transfers as the administrators are not obliged to follow the licence conditions...

Thanks everyone.
I'm not too bothered. It will take time but will get sorted.
I've sent them an email anyway.0 -
Looking at the Shell Twitter feed, their agents are still receiving considerable earache from ex Green and Pure Planet customers especially, complaining that they have had no contact since the initial emails over a month ago. With some honourable exceptions on this thread, who seem to have been rather fortunate.1

I'm not expecting a quick transfer. I think this is the biggest swathe of SoLR transfers, more-or-less simultaneously, that we've seen. Shell have picked up a huge number of new accounts, it will take time to process. As I've said before, I'd rather they did it slowly and carefully than rush it through with mistakes. It'll save everybody's time, in the end.

Hello. I may not be being very bright here but looking for some help. I was with green.energy (for avoidance of doubt tagline "We are the leading energy supplier that utilises technology to make managing your energy simple"). I thought I'd been moved over to Shell but when I messaged yesterday as I hadn't heard anything they said "Hello, I've taken a look and the supply has not come to Shell Energy, we took over Green and you're a Green Energy customer. Octopus Energy took over Green Energy so I would recommend to contact them" I'm with octopus for electricity and havent heard anything about this. I cant check on the supplier check site as it's down. Am I getting my green suppliers muddled up?0

Not got all my stuff to hand, but I’m pretty sure that Green Energy is the one that went to Shell in September. Also known as green. And Green Supplier Ltd.
There was also Green Network, but according to Ofgem they went bust back in January, and went over to EDF.
I will get back to you later, if no one else has done in the interim.0 -
Thanks stuster. Supplier site is working now and does say its shell, but theyre saying it isnt and Ive heard nothing from them. Im at a loss0

Try Shell again, and hope you get someone different and a ‘better’ answer. Are you on Twitter?0
