Green Supplier Ltd switch to Shell Energy

I went from green to shell (SOLR).
when I check who is my supplier I get shell.

I match that situation and I've had two emails from Shell.

I’ve also had two e mails from shell, replies to my queries, but not telling me how much the tariff is. I’ve given up now, I’ll just wait. I was transferred to shell from green when they dissolved

In which case, yes you should have heard *something* by now, although https://www.shellenergy.co.uk/blog/post/welcome-green-customers only says:

We’ve started to email new customers with more details about their Shell Energy tariff. If we don’t have your email address, we’ll send you a letter instead, so please keep an eye on the post over the coming days.

If you'd rather contact them, and you use Twitter, you could try messaging https://twitter.com/ShellEnergyHome (they seem to have responded fairly well to others).

Most days I check my junk.
ive emailed them but don’t think there is massive cause for concern.

I’ve had two emails from Shell, one saying they are taking over my supply and one saying what my tariff is (Which was on 7th October) but nothing since.

seems to be taking a while to get ex greens set up with online access to shell energy - has anyone been set up yet?

I was with Green just for gas when they went bust and I haven't heard anything either - I've received no emails from Green or Shell.  I just checked my supplier and it does now say Shell so I have been transferred but I've not received any contact from them.

I’ve had the 2 generic emails from Shell but nothing since, about 4 weeks ago. Some posters reckon they’ve noticed some post-failure activity on their Green accounts. To be honest, I hadn’t thought it was worth looking there, and that the site/app would be unobtainable. I have looked there now, but nothing in my case.
