    Thank you once again for choosing Avro as your energy supplier.

    We are writing to inform you that your 12 month fixed tariff is coming to an end on 20th December 2021.

    Once this date has passed you will be rolled on to our Simple Energy Variable Tariff. To view the unit rates and standing charges for this tariff check our prices page on our website.

    If you wish to look at renewing your tariff and fixing your prices for another 12 months.

    Click on Renewal Quote below and follow the instructions or Email Us on renewals@avroenergy.co.uk or Call Us on 0330 058 2005. We have a very competitive fixed tariff available to new and existing customers.

    Your Direct Debit will remain the same unless you receive further notification.

    Duh - How can it be 'over 10 months' when Avro only went bust in September?
    Apparently I don't owe anything.

    Final bills being correct is far more important than a couple of spurious emails.

    Its good to see some posters have got their final AVRO bills. Does anyone know in what order final bills are being prepared? Alphabetical? Length of time with AVRO? Account number? Just curious (impatient)

    I too see this although I had moved from Avro to a new address AND I had received my final (correct) bill before they went bust.  Now seeing how far down the pile ex-customers of Avro awaiting credit balances will be dealt with.

    My final bill appeared today, I'm a W, I've been with Avro since April 2020.
    Don't wait for your ship to come in, swim out to it.

    Now seeing how far down the pile ex-customers of Avro awaiting credit balances will be dealt with.
    Probably a little bit further down the pile than people in mid switch to Avro when they ceased trading. I suppose at least your Octopus account is correct in not having any meters attached to it.
  • Final bills, correctly calculated, now received from AVRO for two more of my family, so all good at our end.

    Correct Octopus balance now showing, so will submit meter readings tomorrow and see how long it takes them to prepare a statement. AVRO was about 5 days before it was visible.

    I`ve just received our Avro credit onto our Octopus account, minus the amount of money owed to Avro for our last bill.

    Has anyone had an email from Octopus saying...

    ``Thank you for submitting your meter readings. We'll run them through some of our validation tests and email you an up-to-date statement in the next 48 hours``

    Just wondered as I have not submitted them any meter readings!

    Mine was visible more or less straight away. Just check that your meter readings are in view my readings before entering your current readings.
