Just keep checking for any changes to your Dashboard each day.The lack of daily updates from Octopus is not helping.

What put me off is the lack of information on the website so I was concerned that any one off payment I made would not show up or not end up in Octopus account!!Other than any direct debits they may (or may not) collect, Octopus will not get any more money from me until my credit balance from Avro shows on my account. If their first statement shows me in debit, I will make a manual payment at that time - and not before.Someone please tell me what money is0

If ex Avro customers are giving correct readings i.e. from their meter whether it's smart or not then I cannot see why Octopus can produce bills for ex Avro customers now with them.I'm guessing that Avro credit of £171 will be reduced when Avro's administrators produce the final Avro bill to the 26th September?Octopus can't produce any bills for ex-Avro customers because Avro's administrators have not yet provided Octopus with the Avro closing meter readings which become the Octopus opening meter readings. Octopus have no starting point to be able to bill ex-Avro customers from.

So I am paying my old company tons for gas only due to this mess.
