Looking at https://www.findmysupplier.energy/ & https://www.energynetworks.org/operating-the-networks/whos-my-network-operator shows that they have taken over my gas but not my electricity.
Octopus didn't take a DD today (I cancelled my Avro DD).

I've had nothing after the initial email. Their website isn't showing the readings that I submitted, no sign of my avro direct debits having been taken into account. I'm feeling as if I've fallen down the gaps at the moment.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I cancelled my Avro Direct Debit and set a new one up with OctopusEnergy. I have had an email this morning from OctopusEnergy saying that they will be collecting it on 8th November. I did set it to be collected on 6th but 8th is no problem.0
