Octopus won't send out that email request for meter readings.

Give it a few days and that message you see on the dshboard will automatically change to "Opening meter reading due". The problem is caused by them trying to use their normal customer transfer in software which gives these erroneous messages and does not work correctly for SoLR transfers such as Avro.

May need to talk to them if the meter details have caused you to be put on an E7 version of the ttariff, but yes, they can do it...

Oh I am just waiting to see what happens, but won't let it slip by and make it worse. Eon then Avro just took the two readings. Not been on E7 for a decade and then some.

Do you have an Octopus account yet? If it does, what does it say?

Yes have the account but cant do anything with it. I clicked account and it says no address registered with the account
