I dont understand why they are not telling us how much they charging!
What is the reason for this???? They dont need any avro systems or time for this1 -
Just fed some fixed rate numbers in and could see 900 quid increase based on last 12 months use.

I thought you only had to set up new DD details with Octopus if you cancelled the Avro DD. We haven't cancelled the DD but logging into Octopus it says: "It looks like you don't have an active Direct Debit - you can set one up here".
