It worked for me. I resubmitted the readings for the 26th.Is the page to input meter readings working for everyone? (The one linked in the email.)
I just get a message saying "Sorry, something has gone wrong" after pressing Save Readings.0 -

I dont understand why they are not telling us how much they charging!
What is the reason for this???? They dont need any avro systems or time for this1 -
Just fed some fixed rate numbers in and could see 900 quid increase based on last 12 months use.

I did the same. My annual cost doubled.half_empty said:Just fed some fixed rate numbers in and could see 900 quid increase based on last 12 months use.

The SoLR agrees a deemed tariff with Ofgem. Tomorrow the Ofgem Capped Tariff will increase by over £100. My guess us that the deemed tariff will take into account the increase in the Cap. Under SoLR rules, the deemed tariff is fixed for 6 months.xlnc99 said:I dont understand why they are not telling us how much they charging!

*Perhaps they do.
"Not understanding" is a strange thing.
Ironically it can make one jump to conclusions with the same confidence as if one understood everything.
I am sorry this transition is causing you so much anxiety.

I thought you only had to set up new DD details with Octopus if you cancelled the Avro DD. We haven't cancelled the DD but logging into Octopus it says: "It looks like you don't have an active Direct Debit - you can set one up here".

From what I understand is that everyone who is being transfered to Octopus as automatically been given a new account. I'm still waiting to see if I just managed to switch in time. I have an old account with them but also a new account. Somehow my 2 accounts have some parts linked/mixed up. I haven't stopped my d/d to Avro and my payment is due to go out tomorrow. I think it's justs a matter of sitting twiddling ya thumbs for a while.Beano456 said:I thought you only had to set up new DD details with Octopus if you cancelled the Avro DD. I expect it is because they probably don't know what it will be yet. Three days, or so, ago I put their posted figures for their flexible tariff in my energy costs spreadsheet. Yesterday I had to put in new rates because their flexible tariff had gone up. I presume it will go up again tonight.xlnc99 said:I dont understand why they are not telling us how much they charging!
