While I understand that credit will be protected, I receive benefits and I've not seen anything said regarding Warm Home Scheme. Will we loose that or will new providers honour that because we have to be with a company by a before a certain time in order to qualify for it.
It's a worrying time isn't it? God knows how much our new bills will be. I thought I was at least safe until May next year.
Good luck everyone, I've got my fingers crossed for us all!0 -
Hi lippy doodle,
Just says on citizen advice site, if on Warm home discount new supplier will let you know if you can still get it, if you can't get it with new supplier you can switch. Then has link to check which suppliers offer it.0 -
I can't get AVRO site to open at all luckily have downloaded all bills previously and screenshot all previous readings. Even though already with another supplier can't afford to lose over £346 credit, when moved to AVRO last supplier refused pay out and lost over £250 already, and like most of the country just been caught with hike in bill from new supplier.0

We just moved to a new house that is supplied by Avro yesterday. Do we stick it out or switch to another provider? Not sure what to do here.0

You'll have plenty of other things to keep you busy for the 2-3 months while the SoLR catches up with you, and the tariff you get put on is unlikely to be significantly worse than you'd get with a switch.Take regular meter readings and keep an eye on your consumption.N. My login details work on their main website (which no information is loaded) but my login details do not work on this link.
Keep trying. I kept an eye on the website yesterday and it took a while for my data to appear, and it didn't appear in one go; for example - page 1 of 4 of my payments loaded data and it took over an hour for page 2 to load data. It took hours for all of my details and records to show.

My details work on both the main login and also the link posted on here
