should we take the meter readings daily. I ask because its a hassle for me to get the readings for one of them

I was with them before and they were fantastic. No need to worry. I found them to have the best customer services I've ever found in any company, not just energy. I'm glad to be going back!

Yes take a meter reading today. It will help determine how much you have already used with Avro. Once settled with Octopus you can then ask them about a smart meter and then if one can be fitted you won't ever need to do a meter reading again!

Thanks! So is a smart meter to be trusted? I.e can companies mess with the figures/readings.

I am not sure what meter reader i have but i have to give it monthly.

Should i take daily meter readings or is one for today enough?

Octopus is an extremely well run supplier. I have been with them for 4 years and CS has been exceptional.
