Talktalk price hike....even though I have a fixed contract !

Prompted by your message Jenni_D, I have successfully received an email from Talktalk confirming I will be given the three option stated above. It was a real chore, as apparently the people that work for talktalk can't send emails, and had to put in a request to do so.
