I've just phoned.

Was paying £63.90 for Family pack, 1meg BB and Talk unlimited 24

Now paying £24.25 for the same package for 12 months.

SAVING £39.40 per month :j

Just called Retentions and without any major arguements got the following....

Was on

1 meg Broadband - £17-99
321 Telephone - £12-99

Now on

1 meg Broadband - £9-99 for 12 months
Telephone Evenings and Weekends 5p per hour £5-99

Not bad for a 5 minute free telephone call

Also interestingly the operator advised me that I would be going up to 10 meg broadband in the next 2-3 months when NTL merged with Virgin !!! We will have to see if that one happens !!!

How about someone paying £29 per month for 1MB broadband and basic line renta (only local calls at weekends)

What could we get out of them?? Prob is that the contract was set up only last month

today got 3 for £30 quid and talk unlimited 24 for fee -3 months , girl gave me her extn number and said to call her in 3 months and will do again free

Cool! Have you been with them a year or is this in the 30 day period?

I just got my forst bill - boy is it difficult to understand!!! Im not sure if I got the 10CR for internet or not! Also, its so badly layed out! Not impressed on first impression... :rolleyes:
