What kind of defence/witness statement would need to be produced seeing the car is photographed on the yellow lines.. Am I correct in presuming that if/when DCB Legal decide to discontinue, is it purely because they know they won't be able to get their "admin/scam/wish" fees, but UKPCL can continue to pursue the matter with another company?
The contract can only be valid if it is understood and UKPC signs are simply unreadable, the print is tiny and to this day UKPC signs are rubbish
All BPA members like UKPC should be audited by the BPA, years of unreadable signs tells us and government that this has not happened
Whatever pics UKPC have provided will be for a judge to decide ....... binoculars or zoom lens required.
DCBL for whatever reason, take on these UKPC rubbish cases and when they realise you are not a mug, they discontinue
Maybe one day, the boss of DCBL will explain what they don't understand. Until then, DCBL will keep getting eggs on their faces
Play this game with us, we enjoy it and in the end so will you

So this is the photo of the parking T&Cs that UKPC sent through on the SAR (minus the timestamp I cut out). I have requested a high-resolution photo of this image as the text is unreadable just take make them work about more
If they can't produce it, can I merely forward this onto DCB Legal and ask them to show me on this photo exactly what was "breached"? Or can UKPC find another photo of same day or another day and merely say these are the T&Cs. It would be interesting to know.
EDIT: They repliedWhat do you guys think I should do. I feel like wasting everyone's time this Friday.

Good morning,
Unfortunately, all photographs that we hold in relation to your vehicle/this parking charge have already been provided.

The only clear sign the claimant will produce if it gets to a hearing will be a stock image held on a computer. You put them to strict proof that it is identical to the signs on site at the time of the alleged event since all the images of signs they have provided themselves are unreadable and incapable of forming a contract with the driver.
You don't want then to send you any clear photos of signs.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -

One of the first rules when trying to sell something is never apologise and the word Unfortunately does just that.
If the signs they provided are like the above, not only would you need binoculars but a step ladder as well
The signs are crap and DCBL will get a spanking by a judge if they allow such rubbish to be seen by a judge
DCBL do have a problem in understanding what type of sign could ever be considered a contract ..... small, tiny print stuck up a pole is just cloud dreaming2 -
You do NOT want a high res version, obviously!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just a question while a wait for the inevitable Court Claim.
The reason for the PCN was that I parked on double yellow lines in the car park. The photos received from UKPC show that clearly. Is it defendable because I am struggling to come up with a defence on why I parked there?0 -
@LekkerManLekker, it is probably a good idea for you start your own thread where your UKPC predicament can be discussed without getting confused or side-tracked by others who want to only talk about DCB Letters.
After all DCB Letters is the title of this thread.0
