But people are scammed because they allow themselves to be. A few minutes research is all that is needed to sort out the wheat from the chaff.

I asked about the car park 5 years ago and they can only go on information they have now. They said that the car park is privately owned, and not by them - so now I’ve got the job of finding the land owner. Even though the ticket states I was parked at pizza express, which they claim isn’t theirs!0

I asked my local council if they could tell me who owns it and they said I’d have to speak to land registry. Is the something I have to pay for as the gov website leads me to a site in which I have to pay for?0

No, but I didn’t know if there was another way in getting information as there’s many tips and tricks on here. Didn’t know if that was one of them. No harm in asking. And tbh I’m at the point of giving up and paying the god damn fine because people on this site are so rude and !!!!!!.2
