Yes you will get a court claim this year, and yes we see 99% won by non-legally-minded people, who follow our advice..

When  I asked what happened when you complained, I didn't mean that door has closed. I meant - COMPLAIN NOW IF YOU DIDN'T YET.  Your posts sound like you haven't read the NEWBIES thread at all so please read that and you'd know all this and be far better prepared and more confident about not being 'in a hole'.

Is it likely it will go further? Or is it just a mail bomb/scare tactic into getting people to pay?
PICTURE THIS there are currently two legals doing a mail bomb, that's 1000's of scary letters.
The courts don't have the capacity to handle just parking claims which are very timewasting, it could be months, years or never.  DCBL do stand to have their noses rubbed into the doo doo though for fakery ...... seriously, judges don't have the time for such rubbish.

Will UKPC survive Covid ???  Looking at all their empty car parks ... ?????

So, even though it’s been 5 years I am still within my rights to complain to the restaurant?
is their a complaint template I could use?

Please could you just read the NEWBIES thread now?  This is really unfair on  our time on a Sunday when everything you are asking is already answered there. The answer is NO to a template...we hate them.  Extreme spoonfeeding.  How much effect do you reckon a 'template complaint' would have?

Google "how to complain" if you are really stuck,
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Of course, youjust tell the story as it is
  • SUCCESS!!!

After another snotty email to the landowners DEMANDING they contact UKPC and cancel the ticket I’ve had confirmation it has been cancelled.

Anyone who is fighting these goons please contact the landowner first, I am proof that this does sometimes work!

    Cheers for everyone’s help

Took a few emails until they actually pulled their finger out, but they’ve saved a lot of nonsense with what was probably 1 email.

So the restaurant emailed me back and said they don’t have on site parking for this particular restaurant, but the ticket is issued at this location..now if I wasn’t confused before, I certainly am now 🧐
