@beamerguy wish i could, but MOTO nothing to do with our case
ours is UKPC. I have also emailed the alleged land owner, but met with nothing. Trying to find out who "owns" Julians Car Park in Didcot is bearing no fruit.

1. Google searches2. If a retail park, check on any signage which lists the on-site outlets3. Ask retailers on the site if there is a managing agent4. Ask retailers on the site to whom do they pay rent5. Contact the local authority and ask who pays the non-domestic/business rate for the car park (some councils have a spreadsheet on their website)6. Contact the local Valuation Office and ask if they know. They often have a website which might provide the information7. Contact The Land Registry and for around £3 they will provide definitive detailPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Here is a Pdf of Didcot Town Council with many names to contact.

You should be able to find the landowner of that car park.
As far as DCBL, they have just sent a mail bomb for UKPC with old tickets. This says a lot about UKPC who are desperate in covid times
Now you wait for the next lot of rubbish from DCBL

Hello!! I'm new here so if I've overlooked something or not understood correctly please don't bite my head off, I'm just trying to get clarity and its not easy to come by regarding these matters. I have received three letters from DCBL (limited) regarding two different unpaid parking charges. The first one says Notice of Debt Recovery - Unpaid Parking Charges of £145, second one says Final Reminder - Unpaid Parking Charge of £145 (Aug 2017) and the third one Notice of Debt Recovery - Unpaid Parking Charge of £160 (Jan 2018). One is for parking in a blue badge bay with a valid blue badge and the other is for parking in a permit bay where I lived despite having a permit displayed and permission to park there.
My issue is two fold:
1. What am I suppose to actually do? Ignore I would like to but the last time I did that with another company (ParkingEye) I did receive a county court claim and I had to pay to avoid having the judgement planted for the next 6 years on my credit file. And believe me it really does go against you if you apply for any credit of any kind anywhere.
2. How do I get these letters to stop? They were sent to me under my married name which I have not used for many years and for a vehicle I no longer own.
I am physically disabled and I have recently had major surgery making my mobility limited. I am very stressed by these letters and I would be really distressed if bailliffs were to come and hold me and my family hostage in our home demanding payment of large amounts of money which I do not have. I cannot afford legal representation and I really cannot have this continue.
Please advice on what I can do?0 -

DCBL total misunderstand the Supreme court case they mention. If they did understand, they would not use fakery
UKPC are desperate right now due to covid and, they are currently using the likes of DCBL as some sort of freebie service to scare people but when it comes to court UKPC uses a different legal, It really is a game of snakes and ladders with these wild people.
So, don't contact DCBL and wait to hear further. If you get a letter before claim giving you 30 days to respond then come back here.
What you can do right now now is send a SAR to UKPC requesting the info they have on you.
It's only fair you know, DCBL chasing an old ticket and sending a time wasting letter to you, you must return that favour with UKPC
Don't be concerned about the rubbish they advertise .... the soap on TV .. "Can't pay"
It's all just junk to scare you

I am very stressed by these letters and I would be really distressed if bailliffs were to come and hold me and my family hostage in our home demanding payment of large amounts of money which I do not have.Do you mean also accompanied by the Easter Bunny, Puff the Magic Dragon, the Tooth Fairy and Frosty the Snowman? As you might now have realised this is just not going to happen, so stop fretting about that. You are at debt collector stage if all those letters are from DCB Limited (not DCB Legal) and can be ignored. I'm afraid that, short of paying them, there is nothing you can do to stop them chasing you with powerless letters. If you do receive anything from DCB Legal, come back then for more advice. It is quite likely that they will get involved at some stage soon. But no one is going to turn up on your doorstep! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
