Below is the pic and the car in pic IS NOT my car.
    Really?

as you can see in the pic my car is not right outside the sign so not blocking customer parking.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • I also received a response to my SAR on Friday, which includes a copy of the NTK, but not the original PCN - surely these are written on carbon copy paper so the PPC should have a copy? Also, the photos of the vehicle were only accessible via the payment website - not sure if this complies with GDPR law. The photo does show the vehicle with a PCN attached, though it wasn't there when the driver returned to the vehicle.
Also, DCB Legal responded to my "seeking debt advice" email with a request for my full name and address for verification - do I need to respond to this as the PCN reference was included in the email?
As per the Newbie thread I'm going to find out the land owner and make a complaint, thought it's a scrappy patch of land car park, so not sure how this will go.
Then I'll come back with my own post when the court claim appears.

    Nothing wrong with that

How much is the "bigger fee" and with what reason ??

NO CCJ, if you lost, the court tells you when to pay. Do that and there is NO CCJ

If you win, better chance than them, you can claim costs of around £95

What is the date of issue of the claim?  If you post that here, @KeithP will be along to give you your deadline for submitting your defence.  You know that you submit an AoS on-line using MCOL but do not do it until FIVE days after the date of issue of the claim form.  This gives you more time to compile your defence.

Why are you so scared and stressed? You know, from reading the newbies thread, that this isnt a risk unless you fail to pay having lost in court. You are so far from that point, that your stressd helps noone.

NEWBIES THREAD, post 2. ANd answer the question above

Everyone gets a claim here, pretty much, and almost every wins and no-one gets a CCJ.

Get over it and read the NEWBIES thread and crack on.
