Whoever the PPC is that contracted with dcbl , in your case it's PPL

You mentioned WW , be better if you had mentioned the actual company , for accuracy

Its walton wilkins premier parking logistics... sorry its set me off into a panic and worry tbh.... I searched the company and he came up on the money expert page as a notorious clamper who has been taken to court many times for ripping ppl off ....

Email a SAR to PPL to obtain all your data attaching a copy of the V5C.  That is what I would do !!

There is no way the police could possibly check for private PCN,s , nothing to do with the police

Why would waste two hours in  a queue on the phone to them when you don't need to...
