The email address given above seems to be the correct one. Look at the Privacy page of their website.

Most PPCs have a 'dpo@' email address for their DPO, but as it seems, Walton hasn't got one. Staff-less one-man band! 🙂
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The specific person or entity is the Data Protection Officer , the DPO , ie the designated DPO , whoever that may be , you don't need or require a name !! Do not overthink this !Th1nDiesel said:
Thanks for your reply, but I'm asking how you got the SAR request to PPL. Did you use the info@premierparkinglogistics.co.uk email address, or did you have one to a specific person?lozzi22 said:I have emailed the info @ redx informed me to. Requesting all evidence etc.2 -
I have requested the contact for his DPO in my email of VAR.......1

Correct , the info @ is their published email address on their privacy page , so that is where the email goeslozzi22 said:I have requested the contact for his DPO in my email of VAR.......
The person dealing with the SAR is their designated DPO , whoever that may be , because they are required by law to have one , even if it's a one man band operation , due to DPA obligations under the GDPR law from a couple of years ago3 -
PPL have requested a copy of my driving licence
Shall I send this ??????0 -
Nope - send them a copy of your V5C (logbook) if the same car/same address at the time of the parking event. Alternatively two utility bills, redacted of most items other than your name and address.lozzi22 said:PPL have requested a copy of my driving licence
Shall I send this ??????If they insist on the driving licence (or passport), complain to the ICO.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

It also tells you NOT to send passport or driving licence. Every question you asked is already there.
You'd feel so much more prepared if you read the NEWBIES thread section about SARs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD2 -
As above , your driving licence and passport have personal data on them that PPL have no right to ask for , for example , your driving licence has your date of birth , both usually have photographs , etc
Do as Umkomaas says above and mention you will complain to the ICO and DVLA and IPC if they continue to demand documents they are not entitled to such as your driving licence
Make it as difficult for them as possible , same as the Armtrac thread lower down the page
Remember , they started this saga , so they should follow the law3 -
