Any response will not change the future events , they will do whatever their client tells them to do
The driver was not authorised to park there , , so a Keeper needs to win on a technicality !!!
I would be getting ready to defend a court claim0 -
I have put in an email that I've not had correspondence at all.. the sign is not lit so was not visible and other cars are parked there also among with the distress its caused as the amount is so high and never heard of this untill the letter from dcb legal....1

Nothing, that's not the point of getting the SAR. Unless you are at court claim stage, what are you wanting us to say, you know that the next thing will be a LBC (if you haven't had one) or a N1 claim. And now you are in a clearer position to defend the case with knowledge about the dark signs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Check that your V5C has your correct and current name and address on it , especially if you moved
The SAR reply should have produced a copy of the PCN with the VRM of the vehicle and the name and address where it was sent to , check it for anomalies0 -
Yeah all checked and fine..... ive raised the issues about unlit signs other cars parked there no blue P or any charges or time restrictions displayed which is law and I've attached this off the BPA.... also mentioning 830 pm at night not restricting customers as its closed for business from 5.30 pm. Below is the pic and the car in pic IS NOT my car ....

It's not Local Authority parking though, so I don't get why you attached that BPA paragraph or where it's from? Not relevant.
Why would anyone think it is OK to park there? I don't get why someone would think that's OK just because the place is shut. That car isn't yours I know, but it's right next to a sign.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

PPL are IPC members , so not sure why you have posted BPA images
Plus this is not a council car park so no law !! It's a private car park , cowboy country
Check for an IPC AOS roundel on the PCN1 -
Redx i don't understand..... plus as you can see in the pic my car is not right outside the sign so not blocking customer parking.....0

Surely the whole point here is if the shop is closed, do you believe you have a lawful right to park there? Maybe if that was ok with the proprietor, they wouldn't need the services of a private parking company. I'm not sure you're seeing the real picture here. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

It is either your car or it isn't , we don't know your car
My point is you are stating that the BPA are involved here , they aren't , it's IPC not BPA
You are stating it's governed by law , it isn't , there is no such law !!
You are making sweeping statements that are untrue
If it is not your vehicle , then reply to the DPO at PPL saying so and to erase your data forthwith or you will complain to the DVLA and to the ICO and may issue a claim for data misuse ( but only if it's not your vehicle) , copy in DCBL and tell them to refer back to client as incorrect vehicle identification
And no more BPA comments
If it is your vehicle onsite , then it's different and you need a technicality to win in Court , nobody cares where it was , only if it was on private property !! Either it was , or it wasn't1
