I know 2 qualified solicitors and neither know about private parking issues , probate , conveyancing , criminal law , yes , private parking no. It's not an area solicitors specialise in AFAIK

Yes they know about contracts and LBC and courts etc , so they can be useful in some ways , but sometimes they recommend phone calls and usually these are of no use at all !!

If they do advise you , check back with us first , on here

There are less than a handful of them who post on here who understand this sc#m , usually because they have been victims or have assisted victims like family members or friends etc

You have read on here that the IPC is just a scam set up by Gladstones solicitors.  In a nutshell the IPC protects their paying members.  But, never say no, anything to show a judge you tried.

    What about?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It surely depends on the reason.  An ill-formed or misleading reply from them  might be useful to show a judge.  Both parties are entitled to be devious.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

I have requested the SAR from the appeals at PPl so awaiting that back..... so what do I do know......stress.....
Please may I ask which email address you used to request the SAR? There is only a generic info@ email address on their website. Should I be using this one?
It seems someone at PPL/DCB Legal has a two year reminder set, as I've also just received a letter from them relating to an alleged PCN from October 2018.

Thanks for your reply, but I'm asking how you got the SAR request to PPL. Did you use the info@premierparkinglogistics.co.uk email address, or did you have one to a specific person?

Thanks. I've got the letter drafted, just was unsure where to send it. I'll use the generic email above then, as I can't find one for the Data Protection Officer. As if they have one, lol!
