I just don't see how they can do this to people..... no ticket or anything then 2 years later hit you with this..... ahoukd be against the law really.... the stress and worry it causes to good abiding citizen like us its just not fair at all..... I have anxiety and its triggered due to this....

There is no losing streak that they care about, because the majority of people just pay when the 'scary letters' arrive.

they dont , they continue on the same path like an avalanche thundering downhill, deafening to all ears and they are deaf regardless

this LBC stage is just the prelim, the warm up , like 2 boxers calling each other and winding each other up at the weigh in , no prize money yet

the purpose of this stage for the victims is to gather all the evidence , like paperwork and pictures etc through the SAR

the time for action is when the claimant tells their client to issue a court claim and pay for it, the MCOL stage

this is just the hors douvres , the starters, a tiny taste before the commitment to the main course , after that is the dessert that costs more money for the claimant (the local county court fee)

no money has changed hands at this time

the parking company and their clients DCBL in this case are just going through the legal motions, the legal hurdles they are supposed to jump over before starting the main race itself , so like a steeplechase where there are a few hurdles at first and then a race , then more hurdles , more flat race, more hurdles, more flat race, one winner at the end

Guys I've had a response and a picture of my car parked outside a shop which states parking for customers only but it was at 830 pm and the shop was closed ..... also the pcn letters they have sent to me but I never received these at all.... help.

You don't need help just because you got a SAR back.

Nothing has changed except you know more, and it was dark (unlit signs?).

I have had an email back from both PPL and the dcb legal with my car parked at 830pm outside the shop stating customer parking only.... both email state to pay in 30 days...... 

What woukd advise to respond back of to at all.
