The vaccine programme has been amazing hasn’t it. Last week there was a day I had the news on and there had been zero deaths 😊
Sorry to hear about mini riot being poorly and having to pay for medical treatment. I didn’t know you could pay for a telephone consultation & meds. We have an nhs drop in centre here so I suppose we would have to go there & wait outside in a queue if it’s busy. The longest wait there was pre-covid around 8 hours.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Thanks guys! Yeah, there’s lots of private companies that do GP consultations over the phone and internet now. Haven’t made use of it before but it’s handy to have in the back pocket in an emergency (if you can afford it)
Found some Waterstones vouchers from Christmas hidden behind some things on the mantelpiece so ordered some new books for mini riot and snakes and ladders as we’re all enjoying playing some simple board games together.2 -
A nice find and the purchases are great for inside, hours of fun for both of you.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2

I hope you and mini are on the mend. My second vaccination has no side effects (first did but that usually happens after my flu one anyway) but my friend at work had it bad.
How wonderful to find vouchers. Manna from heaven. I hope work will be great and you have a fab weekend.Aiming for a minimal spend 20222 -
Blimey I haven't been on for a week and everything's changed!
Thank you bothYes we're both doing much better SW! I've had a busy week and crashed badly yesterday and was totally sofa bound, but I'm feeling ok today. I feel like I'm recovering a bit quicker these days when I do over do it- previously I would have been out for a week rather than just a day, so that's a good sign I think!
It's been a good week here in riotland. I had to present where I'm at with data analysis to some of our research partners and got good feedback, so I feel like placement is going well. Riotdude was off today so we went for a cheeky pub lunch, our first outing just the two of us in well over a year.
Paid out lots of wedding things this week, £640 to the church and £500 balance for the photographer. Riotdude also got his suit, which was £160 and I'm wedding dress shopping on Saturday. I don't like seeing the savings go down, but this is what we saved it for!2 -
So glad you are recovering quicker and the placement is going well. Pub lunch sounds lovely and I’m sure you will find a gorgeous wedding dress. I know what you mean about the savings it’s crazy isn’t it once we’ve saved it’s so hard to spend it, but at least you are not going into debt so it’s all good ☺️0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Thanks, I hope you’re right! I actually have a couple of options that I bought online that I think I really like, but we don’t have a full length mirror in our house xD going to take them to my best friends house on Saturday morning before we go dress shopping.Idk if I’m being really dim, but where is this board now? I can get here because I’ve got it saved but I can’t work out how to navigate here from the new main page!
Spent £130 today on two new pairs of glasses as mini riot broke my old ones. Also got a morrisons delivery for £50, budgets on track.1 -
It changed yesterday!
It's good you are recovering quicker, hopefully you've turned a corner and are edging towards the right balance.
Enjoy finding your dress 😃Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
