Hubby has his £100 but not me we started switch on same day - although him earlier both should complete Thursday

Existing customer, downgraded reward account to a current account and then opened a new reward account.
I'll lose the £5 reward this month by doing so but the £100 switch bonus should ease that disappointment.

The ones who have received the bonus already are probably the early birds who got in the first batch of applications.
Me, applied early morning, existing customer with max allowed reward accounts, opened new ultimate reward account and bonus paid today, switch due 13th.
