Can someone tell me how to action the reward of £5 per month. When I'm signed into my account I can find a page, which goes through what choice you can off, but no place to click to chose which one.
Sorry, I don't use OLB, but on the app you click on the account, then on the 3 dots next to the account number and in the drop down menu you can 'Add your reward extras'
Thank you. I'll  download the app and see if I can't get it to work.

    OLB:
After log in, left hand side click on Current Account options, then 'add your reward extras'.

Eventually found the Extras Tracker and it says up to 24th I hadn't paid in at least £1500 - but I paid it in on 10th. Phoned up and told I'll have to wait til 12 Oct and if £5 doesn't appear to contact them again. Heaven knows why they can't correct it now. Although there's a tick next to the £500 debit card transaction I see in the note that money paid into another "account"  doesn't qualify so I don't know if that's an issue as I paid into nsandi

Have you kept balance at 0 or above each this month so far?

To be on the safe side, pay in another £1500 or whatever is needed to make that amount.
As you are probably aware, you can put lots of smaller amounts in and out several times over to reach your £1500 target.

The customer service bod I spoke to said they could see i'd paid the 1500 in and couldn't understand why it hadn't registered but they couldn't do anything about it, so frustrating
