Swapped to Halifax on 3 Sept and STILL waiting for anything by post, so can't log in to account but more IMPORTANTLY, don't have a debit card to draw cash! Not impressed!!! Anyone else having problems like this?

Probably not 'cos most people on here know sh*t happens and don't rely on a single account especially while switching... and especially when covid operating conditions could impact normal service.

Halifax seem to be digging their heels in with us. Only spoke to app chat and they said they aren't paying the switch bonus as we had an account before. Missus has a solo in her name before. We switched a joint and I switched a solo. Not had an account myself with them for about 15 years. No bonus on either. Switch has happened on both. Bit of a pain 😑

Maybe put in a complaint, whats the worst that could happen?

Can someone tell me how to action the reward of £5 per month. When I'm signed into my account I can find a page, which goes through what choice you can off, but no place to click to chose which one.

ive cycled £1500 through the Halifax just in case.

But you need to keep your RBS account until the bonus is paid - which could be as late as 29 January 2021

Sorry, I don't use OLB, but on the app you click on the account, then on the 3 dots next to the account number and in the drop down menu you can 'Add your reward extras'
