My Switch should go through tomorrow but they just gave me an ad for the switching bonus in the app. Not the smartest advertising

Like most ads, this is a general, not a personalised one. Should they continue offering switch offers and rewards, or should they spend money on personalising ads? 😀

Have we worked out if you can have open another reward account & still get the switch offer ?

I have a reward account already, and opened an Ultimate reward account (which I'll promptly downgrade once I receive the switch bonus).

My account is already a reward account apparently with Halifax (10 years old). I can add the extras on the app but I’ve never done so or been charged a fee..

I can’t downgrade the account either. I wonder if it’s just a term used for my account

My switch is due to complete on the 13 Aug and when I rang the switching dept on another issue they advised the payment of £100 would be made 3 working days after switch was started.  However nothing yet.
