My jet2holiday to krakow was in the middle of april and I didnt amend, cancel, or get vouchers. I paid £730. They have just sent me £100. Can anyone think why this would be and has it happened to anyone else. Thanks

Did you pay all of the payment with same method or lots of different cards etc?

Hello all. I am due to fly with Jet2 at the end of June, but due to a wedding cancellation, I am no longer interested in this trip. I have travel insurance with Coverwise. Jet2 have cancelled everything til June 14th, and the airport of my destination has no plans to allow Jet2 flights until at least July. What are my options? I have emailed Coverwise but they have not responded, and obviously Jet2 has no interest in talking to me yet.

You need to wait until the flights are actually cancelled , neither jet2 or your insurance will do anything yet

I did think that, thank you.
As the event I was traveling for was cancelled, could I claim on my travel insurance, if the flight itself is not cancelled?
Is that normally grounds to get some money back in non coronavirus related circumstances?

It all depends on your travel insurance, there is no one size fits all answer with insurance.

I was due to fly out on the 1st June and got a call today, I asked for a full refund to be processed. So hopefully I get that into my account soon, got an email to confirm refund. Thought I update peeps so they got an idea on where Jet2 probably are in the list.

I had a holiday booked for the 1st June and had a call from Jet2 yesterday evening who left a voicemail to call back.

I have already booked a new holiday for next year (as rooms were selling fast and prices were rising) so I called Jet2 this morning and they have issued a full refund which I can use to pay for next year's holiday. Should be done in 3 to 5 days.

Very happy with their service to be honest.

Hi. Can I ask what your destination airport is, and how you found out it was not permitting certain flights? I've got a fully paid holiday at the end of June that I would really prefer was cancelled. I don't want my family being put at risk and it was a lot of money for us, so I'm hoping Jet2 extends their cancelled flights period soon.
    Cheers
