Wednesday- still on NSD 7/14. Had to pick up fresh veg and straw for the bunnies, but not much else.
Have added a couple of bits to the charity shop box, really need to get a bit more ruthless in my decluttering attempt
Some kitchen dancing "may" have occurred this afternoon after school, and it "may" have been accompanied by some rather loud singing 💃 🤣
Gratitude today- fun with DD, getting bags packed for the weekend away, an unexpected meet up with a friend and a good chat8 -
NSD today
Grateful for lovely day at school with cute but noisy children, for an afternoon siesta before run and for my little house with just me and the little fluffy one in it tonight.

Today will be NSD 7, going to hopefully be able to go volunteering - still annoyed by this cough and don't really want to wipe out the aged volunteer community, but I have the healthiest pair of legs on the stairs, and no tennis elbow or arthritis. Tbh I would probably sack it off, if it was not half term next week and I have the feeling today will be busy, so will dose myself up and spend the morning relaxing and should be able to patch myself up enough to manage.I have hand gel and cough sweets to stop me from spreading the plague. Only 2 more school run days til half term4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

f0xh0les - I hope you laughed in the ariel guys face. Why can't people just be honest and quote a proper price instead of trying to rip everyone off? We need to get people in for jobs this year and I am dreading it.

Yesterday was my afternoon off, and it was a spend day:- petrol for the car- white leggings for dd1 for her dance routine at the school fete (I bought 4 pairs in different sizes; any too small will be for dd2 in a couple of years),- croissants for dd1's lunch as I had miscalculated how much bread we had in the house and we were on our way from school directly to the church hall to decorate it for the Cheese and Wine Evening on Friday. We were almost there, when we got a call that they had finished- I also brought some fruit, and bottled water and soft drinks (and will again today) for the C&W Evening, for which I will be reimbursed.Selfcare: I was in bed by 18.30 and slept until 6.30. I had put an extra woollen blanket on top of our winter duvet and summer duvet (yes, I sleep under 3 duvets and on top of an electric blanket that I run for 2 hours before I step into bed, and am still cold) and finally slept properly. I'm going to see the GP on Monday for a blood test and blood pressure measuring. I'm currently selfmedicating with iron tablets, magnesium tablets, zinc and selenium tablets. Are you wombling, too, in '22? € 58,96 = £ 52.09Wombling in Restrictive Times (2021) € 2.138,82 = £ 1,813.15Wombabeluba 2020! € 453,22 = £ 403.842019's wi-wa-wombles € 2.244,20 = £ 1,909.46Wombling to wealth 2018 € 972,97 = £ 879.54Still a womble 2017 #25 € 7.116,68 = £ 6,309.50Wombling Free 2016 #2 € 3.484,31 = £ 3,104.597

Siebrie - are you ever aware that the room is perfectly warm for everyone else, but that you are cold, like from the inside out? I alternate a hot water bottle between the small of my back and between my knees and it works to stabilise everything, It is totally bizarre because my rational brain says, yep, the room is fine, my kids are rolling around in shorts and a smile, but I am freezing. But no-one else gets it. They just think you are a nut. The dr is a good idea in case it is hypothyroidism, says she who has not been to the quack as the last one just said I should be glad of the hot flushes then. Thanks for that. All kids to school on time, £25 still in the budget for the week - handy as I am about to run out of petrol in the next 24 hours - supper is planned and within the house, lunchboxes tomorrow have all that is needed, ds3 is making doughnuts tonight (for some reason they have decided that, as I am dieting, I should not bake for them, so they are baking for themselves, every single day, and then offering it to me - I am saying no. They honestly think they are helping- bless!).4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

morning all
Enjoying a much needed day off workDD1 is a TA and on half term so we're going out once she wakes up! Already been a spendy day even though I am not yet dressed - transferred money to DD2 to cover part of her train fare and transferred money to sister for niece birthday.
Didn't get time to post yesterday as went straight out to exercise class from work and then had quick tea and watched last episode of White House Farm then went to sleep. Had to spend on next block of exercise classes but we buy 5 and get one free so very MSE-ishDidn't sleep well as woke up having a sneezing fit and full of sniffles. Got up to take some of the lemony sippy drink but we didn't have any
So feeling a bit groggy today.
Hope everyone has a good day
Deni x
