I have just written on my own diary, and pressed the edit button. I wanted to add a little more, so I tried to add another paragraph. It would only type after the end of the first para, regardless of where I had the cursor. So I posted it anyway and decided to write another post. This one typed up in reverse with every word having a capital letter. When I pressed the enter button, it moved up!! It did this three times, so I've given up there and thought I'd mention it here in case anyone else has had that...!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!8

Good evening folks!
The last few days have been ferocious! Super cold and stormy - hugs to anyone affected by the weather. I've been lucky here too. I've had my head down and just been working and hibernating once home. I did manage a sneaky exercise session after work - 1 down, 2 to go this week. Have also clocked up a few extra NSDs...
Today = NSD number 7
Yesterday/Today I have been grateful for:
1) The ever changing weather in all its glory
2) Having my little retreat to come home to. Love it so much
3) Chatting to Mum and Dad this evening
Trying to get back on track with my diet, exercise and getting back into a good morning routine. Let's just say it's a work in progress!!! Been head-hunted at work and now deliberating on weather or not I apply for it... It's nice to feel wanted though
Have a nice rest of evening, and see y'all tomorrow!⭐ DEBT FREE : 18/02/2025 ⭐

Tuesday, NSD 7/14, possibly only because I didn't stop all day and has no time to even think about going into a shop. Fresh veg supplies seem to be about as low as could be, will have to get more tomorrow to keep the rabbits happy if nothing else!
Not much else to report- grateful today for not having snow although it's certainly cold enough for it now, a work "had to be done" task being done successfully, DD FINALLY going to sleep and plans for our weekend away all coming together (just got my fingers crossed the weather is not too horrific!)9 -
Evening all
a good day at work. Then drove to meet brother and he treated me to teaHe lives abroad but comes over to do courses for his job; lovely to catch up IRL. Then spent 30 mins on chat to Mr T re my forthcoming mobile bill as I had an email saying it was nearly £78!! Anyway the agent explained it was not anywhere near that much although it has increased as I got a new phone for DD2 so paying for 2 phones now.
Agree apple - very grateful DD2 managed to get to her destination eventually.
Gratitudes:
Lovely evening & catch up with brother and free tea too
Helpful agent who explained my mobile bill
DD1 is home after dog sitting for 10 nights

apple - I think you can only edit your posts once or twice too which is a pain if you use them to keep a check on things.Had my first milk delivery today, it really takes you back to see those bottles in the fridge. Groceries are being delivered this morning, I am making chana masala for tea, need to walk the dog and may cycle today if it stays dry, if not I will run.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

£20 spend in Tesc0 this morning after DS3's school run - and was back home and in the kitchen for 9.20 - not bad
Now stocked back up on cereals, milk and some more green veg (and some YS 0ralB toothpaste)
Plans today (once I get myself off here.....) are some funeral and probate paperwork (meh - takes up lots of my time and I'm not sure it's really appreciated), vacuuming upstairs and up-upstairs, other housework and some business paperwork - had promised I'd have it with the accountant by now but Nan's death overtook - however, there are some deadlines I must meet, so must get a move on! Oh - and then y6 Macbeth at 3.30pm.....

I am sat in waiting for a call from the tv aerial repair peoples. They will be out to me today, I just don't know when yet.House cleaned and hoovered apart from the kitchen (waiting to have the tv on in there while cleaning -that's my excuse!). Supper will be chilli, guacamole and salad, the boys can have rice and wraps with it. Lost another lb so don't want to sabotage myself. Did speed cleaning and hoovering of the top two floors, ready for half term. Stole back my plates and mugs (not sure how they got there since I have banned eating in the bedrooms). Had a dance in the kitchen this morning to the music in my head every time I boiled the kettle or made coffee (plip...plip, plip, brrrrrrrrrrrrg). It all adds up.Making plans for half term - really cheap plans that just involve paying for parking. Need to bake for lunchboxes later, and wipe the bathroom down - it is currently steeping so it really will be a quick wipe down and done. Very aware of waiting of this chap/ess to ring back. Will read a book and pass the time with tea and escapism.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!
