NSD No 9
Himself had a hospital appointment for a skin complaint which went quite well. They are planning to give him out patient treatment three days a week starting in April after we come back from holiday. A bit time consuming but on the plus side it will make sure that we get a bit of exercise walking to and from the hospital. He has another appointment for something else on Tuesday which is a bit more worrying but we'll deal with that in due course.
I went to visit my sister in law today. Very strange experience. She is perfectly lucid one minute and talking nonsense the next. Caused by the medication, I suspect. However she has barely reacted to my nephew for the past few days so it's an improvement that she was chatting to me.
We are still eating from stores. Minestrone soup made from veg we already had tonight. Tomorrow is the day I usually take the weekly food budget out of the bank account but I've hardly used any of this week's so I'm pleased with that. Need to check to freezer to see what we can do next week.

NSD 7/20. I spent about €50 in three different supermarkets for tomorrow's Church Dinner Party, and bought nothing for myself, absolutely zilch, even though I had just finished 8 hours of office work and am on my period.
I will be reimbursed tomorrow evening after the event, out of the 'profit'.... we have calculated everything with a very tight margin, because this is not a night for fundraising, but for chatting and getting to know each other better.Are you wombling, too, in '22? € 58,96 = £ 52.09Wombling in Restrictive Times (2021) € 2.138,82 = £ 1,813.15Wombabeluba 2020! € 453,22 = £ 403.842019's wi-wa-wombles € 2.244,20 = £ 1,909.46Wombling to wealth 2018 € 972,97 = £ 879.54Still a womble 2017 #25 € 7.116,68 = £ 6,309.50Wombling Free 2016 #2 € 3.484,31 = £ 3,104.597 -
Good evening turtles,
Thursday- not a penny has been spent, so NSD 8/14. Just as well as we're away from tomorrow and the next few will be spendy! It's all got a budget so should be fine in terms of account having money in it but will slow my NSD collecting down!
It's freezing! I know it's winter but I'm fed up being cold.
Nothing else to report, I must go tidy up so the pet sitter doesn't think we've been burgled when she comes in 😂.

Today I am grateful for being offered some extra work, for not getting too wet in the sudden downpours, for only working until lunchtime, for coconut oil on my scar, for 85% chocolate.Facethemusic - when we were clearing my dad's house, we used to joke that any burglars would turn tail and run once they'd got in to the house. And probably leave us a tenner !NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!9

Hi all, lots of babysitting this week, interspersed with lugging firewood (OH took down a smallish tree for a neighbour and the log man decided to come on the same day
)
I am up to 5 NSDs, and as OH is away for a few days from tomorrow, should be getting some moreDid some batch cooking today, which used up bits and pieces from the fridge and freezer.Grateful for lots of firewood (even if half of it won't be useable for 1-2 years, and I had to cart most of it to the wood shed), no cooking needed for tomorrow as there will just be me and I have leftovers, and little GD feeling a bit better after her chicken pox / broken arm combo!7
