I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

Thanks everyone
I’ve not posted for a few days as nothing seems to be progressing. I was also paralysed by anxiety for my lovely relative who receiving palliative care. But she is coming home and I can visit at the end of the week so I am feeling better.
Socially life is opening up again. Chatted to a few friends in the past few days and I have a few catchup calls today. I have an invitation to a garden and a socially distanced walk. Looking forward to both as I have been starved of face-to-face company.
I’m NSD today but in July thinking of allowing myself £25 a week pocket money and seeing what projects I can achieve on a micro budget. NSDs are great, but sometimes a small spend can advance things. Seeing little projects achieved will energise me I’m sure.
Not heard from the bathroom guy yet. Will give it a few days then chase.
The car needs another burst of effort to push this goal on again.
House is a mess but it’s been worse so should be easy enough to sort.
Oh and determined not to be beaten by another aubergine in the veg box when the last one had not been used I tried baba gahnoush for the first time. Wow, how nice is that and totally vegan so useful.
Hope you are all okay.

Good to hear from you DIY. Glad the prospect of some company seems to be lightening your mood
We rediscovered aubergines, but are quite boring with what we do with them. Mainly slice them medium thick, then drizzle with olive oil and oven cook for 25 minutes each side (checking a bit earlier, as they can be sensitive to being a bit thinner or the oven being a bit hotter). I sometimes sprinkle some flavoured salt on them when I turn.
on one occasion I put a thickish slice of cheese between to rounds and gave them another 5 minutes - would be very nice on a bun, but we had them alongside a naked burgerI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
