Good to see you still in fine form ,despite the humidity DIA 😼
Looking at your experience in the shop, it underlines to me why I'm avoiding for some time
The humidity made me a bit ratty🐀 for a couple of days and I'm glad it's gone for now.
Anyway, keep plodding along 😼

The veggie burgers I made were dry and not to be repeated! Today I'm trying soba noodles with veggies and toasted nuts. I've got veggie soup on (prepped the veggies last night)
I threw lots away over the weekend. I checked my CS and they are still closed but my items for them are building up! Kitchen making progress. Items not useful chucked. Stuff getting cleared away. No dishes again this morning. Getting there.
I left a message with someone who might have a lead to a tradesmen so didn't meet my target so will keep on with this today.
MSE wise I am reviewing a packaged account that no longer meets my requirements. 3/5 services not needed, so I will be looking to see if I can replace the other two at a cheaper cost. I will get this done today and plan to get project work done too.
Visiting a friend later. A garden catchup so hoping it will stay dry.
Have a good start to the week everyone

Well done on the clear sink. I think we have managed to use virtually every piece of crockery we own. I just ate macaroni off a pyrex lid. Just asked DH if he will do something about it before bed. I have already spent an hour with DD helping me declutter!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thanks everyone
RL situation with relative getting worse so difficult to ‘get on’ with stuff. Yesterday I spent time with a friend in the outdoors. Cycled there, so lots of exercise and social contact. Felt better for it
Up early and made stock and prepped veggies. Toasted seeds. Turning a cauliflower into frozen cauliflower rice. The plan for later is veggie soup, sour buckwheat wraps, veggies and avocado with a beetroot tahini dressing. Veggie noodles with the same dressing will probably be made too
Washing done, dishes X2, but lots of cleaning and organising needing to be done as usual
I chased up a lead for a tradesman yesterday
Finances all okay until September
Cycling to another area to pick up a parcel
Work is picking up, so will be giving it my focus today
Hope everyone is doing okay

Back again as made soup and it is lovely, using stringless green beans and lentils. Lots of ginger and garlic. The green beans were 10p at MnS and there were crates full. I took 5 packs. The soup is delicious and a lovely pale green colour too. MSE bargain of the weekIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. That sounds delicious DIA. Recipe?
I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy4 -
