I am due to pay my BG bill by tomorrow! despite being told by BG I could pay the difference between my bill and the Breeze credit I am now thinking I had better clear the whole bill and wait for any credit as do not want to have an outstanding debt with BG as the other day they had received the Breeze credits and now it seems they have not
despite them saying they will not my account and not chase the difference I do not for one minute believe a word they are saying
14th March
BG : we've received a credit/debit details for Breeze customers last week and we're in the process of updating it on their accounts with us
They are now saying:
Ashvini : yes because they have not issued the funds yet to BG

Hello,I am new to this forum, so apologies if I am doing something wrong.I am at my witts end - I was over £300 in credit with Breeze on the 22 December and since BG took over have been battling with them to get the credit back. I was told via their online chat on 18 March that they didnt have any date for the credit balance. Clearly this was a lie as I've seen on the Breeze web page today that was updated on the 28 February that all of the information has now been sent to BG. I was waiting to switch suppliers until I received the credit, but it is taking so long and now we are in the midst of the corona pandemic, I don't know whether I will be able to switch. So - has anyone had their credit back from Breezeand does anyone know whether I will be able to swap suppliers in the midst of this pandemic?Hope to hear from someone soon......0

Not heard of anyone, I've more or less given up on my £205 credit and Ofgem have lost credibility and concluded they on suppliers side and not consumer.

I started with BG on 16th Jan and left on 22nd Feb. I've just received bill for that period but only for gas. I was dual fuel with Breeze.
Anyone else only been billed for one fuel?
Not going to complain if they don't bill for electricity but do wonder if another bill will pop up out of the blue down the line.
Of course no mention of the £196 credit from Breeze. They also ask for payment within 2 weeks which is bit rich considering they took a month to issue it.0 -
Yes i was just billed for gas. Bg claim that avro haven't sent the opening readings over. Given that bg took a month to process my opening readings when they took me over, i know who i believe..
Who did you move to? If not avro, it suggests the only common link is bg.0 -
I'm another one who went from BG to Avro and have only been billed for Gas by BG. BG wanted me to pay by the start of this week, they are the last thing on my mind at the moment!
