Arcoms said:Can anyone see their final bill when they login to the Breeze portal? Mine still only covers the period up to 22-Dec-2019
I logged into my Breeze account the other day, to re-check my credit amount. All that remained displayed was my total payments from the time I'd been with them, and my total energy costs for that same time period, then the remaining credit owed to me. Had my final bill in January, so the remaining credit shown in my Breeze account is the only thing I'm waiting for now.0 -
Mine is showing the same Arcoms, I keep checking it every day but only the December bill is showing. Just want to get it paid and move on.0

I was with Breeze for only a short time. I cancelled my DD with them on the day they folded and have a small debit balance. I'd been waiting for the administrators to get in touch - the Breeze home page once said that this would happen. Now it's saying we should settle the accounts or either they or the debt collection agency will be in touch. Time for me to pay up - fair enough.
Anyway, what I've now realised is that the only way to see your actual account balance is to log-on and where your name is at the top right hand side, click on that and choose 'balance'. I had assumed that each of my statements brought forward the previous statement credit/debit balance, so you always knew the balance. Not so - each statement is a stand alone and just tells you the cost of what you've used in the last period and what payments you've made. Your overall account balance is not shown.0 -
When I check, my balance is still showing £50.44 credit.0

I can log in as usual and all my Account choices are there and I can see all my records.
Shows my £205.27 credit which I can't get back apparently as no one interested.0 -

My bill with BG is due to be paid by the 18th March, it is also very frustrating knowing they have our Breeze credits! (even though mine is small compared to a lot of yours) Having a spare few minutes I went onto BG chat:BG : we've received a credit/debit details for Breeze customers last week and we're in the process of updating it on their accounts with usBG : Due to high number of customer , it may take few daysBG : You can pay the difference by deducting credit amountBG : If you pay the full amount, the refund will be sent for credit from BreezeMe : That is what I was hoping to do, but did not want to get chased. Now I have confirmation it is OK to do, I confirm I will pay £73.68 and you will get £50.44 which is my Breeze credit. Please could you confirm for meBG : Of course
BG : I'll also make a note on your account Me : That would be very kind thank you.BG : You're most welcome☺BG : If you receive any reminder, just ignore it 2 -

It doesn't matter how long it takes the apponted SoLR to then sort out the mess of the failed supplier and set up accounts for the 18000 customers who would have been off supply were it not for the contingency plans Ofgem have for such eventualities.
