    Re being unable to give British Gas your meter readings. It's an ongoing technical issue that they were hoping would be sorted in 2-3 days, but obviously hasn't been resolved.
    If you're on Twitter contact @BritishGasHelp, I was able to DM them my meter readings once they replied.

    Has anyone had a accurate and final bill from BG recently?   they took my readings given to Avro by chat on 22nd February and I am still waiting!   has anyone heard anything about our Breeze credits? 
    Prashant : Okay... than I will consider those meter readings for 17.02.2020 to process the final bill and to close the account completely.

    So - this is a shambles!  Just got off the phone with British Gas.  I'd previously given them my opening meter readings - that were the same as the ones I was asked for as the closing ones for Breeze.  For some reasong the gas was taken but the electricity was estimated.  Then got three bills over the course of 6 weeks (which was when I left them) the final one featuring the submitted readings - but always with the wrong /estimated start one.  Hopefully now they send me the correct bill!
    BUT - I am apparently £167.51 in credit at Breeze - and according to OFGEM this credit should have been applied to my British Gas account.  Nope! not yet anyway.  Anyone else still waiting for their credit?
    As Ive left British gas I dont want to pay that final bill as all that will happens is I'll then spend another 6 months trying to get the credit back when it finally arrives.

    Not got my Breeze £205 credit, I left before they went under, OFGEM a waste of time.
    I don't think anyone reporting they got their credit.
    I've contacted what is left of Breeze and got no response.  OFCOM not interested because I'm not a BG or a Breeze customer.
    Just feel I've lost £205 :-(

    In other words they have me tied to this appalling tariff for a long as they decide they want to drag this out for.

    Sorry to read the situation you find yourself in with British Gas. When I had issues switching I found was able to get traction by talking to the British Gas Customer Service team based in the Uk. The number I rang was ‭0333 202 9532‬. At the prompt say the word Complaint or I wish to make a compliment. So basically you are lodging an official complaint, however,  I found this team extremely helpful and went the extra mile to sort out my issue. Hope this is of some help...

    I logged an official complaint on 14th Feb and am still no further on !

    I’m having a right old time with British Gas. 
    They called me last month and offered me a 20% discount off their Home Energy Fix April 2021 tariff exclusive for ex Breeze customers.  As I am waiting for my £560 credit with Breeze to be refunded I decided to take their offer on the basis I’d have a better chance of getting my money back quickly. It took British Gas two weeks to set my account up and guess what - no 20% discount! 
    Problem now is I can’t seem to speak to anyone sensible who is aware of this ‘special’ discount and have been passed from pillar to post. I also keep getting continually fobbed off regarding my credit from Breeze. I feel completely conned. 
    I’ve now written to British Gas - laying out my complaint, as much as anything else to start the clock ticking for the eventual ombudsman process. 
    Has anyone else been offered this exclusive 20% which failed to materialise and has anyone had their Breeze credit back yet?

    Not had my credit back yet.
    I received a call from BG about two weeks after they officially took over, offering me 20% off their 1 or 2 year fixed rate deals. The one year was called Home Energy Fix- April 2021. I didn't write the name down for the two year one. I posted on this thread about the call at the time.
