Suppose we will all just have to sit and wait! but BG are not getting any money off me until their final bill agrees with the readings I gave Avro. They did say that Avro have 15 days to supply them with this information, and BG would not accept the readings off me yesterday. I don`t believe anything they say as we are all given different information. They cancelled my bill again this morning (but the copy of the chat never came through to my email so have nothing in writing)1

I've given up trying to get any sense out of Breeze or BG, neither has so far issued me with a final bill. Have decided I'm just going to wait to see what happens. The £40ish I think I owe Breeze isn't going to help them out of administration and BG was forced on me so they can just hold on for any payment until Avro have sent them my latest correct meter readings.

A meter reader turned up today to read my electricity meter, but not the gas!
Just logged into our account to see a message from British Gas saying 'it's time to submit your meter reading.
And where my earlier meter readings were:Oops, something went wrong.
Sorry, your past readings aren't available.

BG are determined I pay them! despite speaking on chat to them over the last 2 days and having the incorrect bill they have sent cancelled, I have again received yet another email telling me I have a `bill` so since Thursday they have now sent me the same incorrect bill 3 times!0

Breeze Energy owe me £81.30. British Gas who have taken over deny knowledge of my account. All around the houses and given the number 0843 557 3384 which I have found cost me £5.67. BEWARE0

BEWAREThat rip-off number is nothing to do with British Gas. You saw it on a scam site, probably courtesy of the Do Know Evil search engine. If dozy Ofcom were any good they'd close it down.Always avoid 084/087 numbers (with the possible exception of 0845 and 0870 if you're calling via the BT network).

Spoken to BG on chat again (I have nothing else to do!!) they have this time accepted the meter readings I gave to Avro and have said they will sort out a final bill...but will believe that when I see it!
Also thought I would ask about our credits from Breeze again..... BG now have a new storyYou : thank you. I've started my switch to Avro.
Meanwhile I can't submit my latest meter readings- as requested on my British Gas account- because that bit isn't working at all! The sooner I'm away from British Gas the better.0 -
