I very much doubt you'll get anywhere in branch - this is an online offer via Quidco - and the error, so far, is probably Quidco's. Retailers rarely help, or even know about, cashback offers through Quidco and the like. Those who've phoned have not actually had any help yet - it's Quidco any complaints need to go to.
I have had a email reply from my claim.I've had a quick look into your query today , I understand how frustrating it can be when you get a declined cashback especially when you have followed all the t&cs.
Unfortunately the cashback is declined and its the by the retailer and without a reason as to why its been declined.
we can raise a claim against this retailer and challenge their decision.
I would just need a few details from yourself
was the account you opened a classic or a classic plus account .
also I would need the last 4 digits of the account number and the sort code please and i can raise this claim for you,
or you can raise the claim yourself on the members page by navigating to your activity page and in the right hand corner they is a little box which says make a claim. You can create a claim here if you wish.

Reply gone back.You are right it is frustrating. Especially when you see so many other people having the same issue with the retailer. Given it is TSB and their history of computer problems, it makes you wonder if they have the same problem again.Although quite why it said a payment date of 2 months, yet the T/C clearly stated need account to be running for 3 months. Makes the cynical side of me wonder if they did it on purpose.

It will be the Marketing team that have set this up. And I know from our marketing team, that you can not speak to them, they have zero understanding about what they are doing, other than wanting to boost sales.
Even when you manage to explain that great we have 100 new customers, but we lost 110 old customers. They do not care, as its the "NEW" that they care about.
All they like are flashy adds and poorly worded targeted letters/emails to customers....

I’ve taken a look for you and I can see that your claim is processing as normal at the moment. this was the correct course of action to take as it will allow us to investigate further.

There is just about nothing normal about the breach of terms that has taken place in this case, by TSB or Quidco, we don't know yet by whom.
Let's see what Joseph comes up with. I have an inkling that we might have to take this further, via Resolver, perhaps. Hope I am wrong.0 -

We will raise a claim to challenge the retailers decision, if you could please provide the following information that would be perfect!
-which rate is applicable to your purchase/
classic account
classic plus account
-last 4 digits of your bank account number
-sort code
In the mean time, we are investigating this internally!

Getting a tad annoyed now as the email they replied too, had all that info in it.
Submitted it via declined claim as well now.On average claims with TSB Current Account can take up to 6 months to confirm your cashback.Life in the slow lane0 -

So they got the £50 in their Quidco acc, transferred it to their bank account. Then TSB declined it.
This just gets better. At least they got the £50. :T

Keep an eye on things to make sure that this actually happens. As of now, mine still shows declined, and I still have the claim showing, too.0
