My 'tracked' one only appeared after I submitted a claim. Did you submit a claim before you'd noticed this tracked one appeared?
Yes, I noticed it after I had submitted the claim. I'd never noticed this sort of duplicating before, but I might not have checked . All I know is that I only have one entry for any of my previously claimed transactions - though the claims on all of them have been completed.

    Only got one showing here...

Guess tommorow will tell, although it just a estimate, and not uncommon for payments to come through later than said.

We're currently waiting for the retailer to give us a decision on your cashback.

    Purchase ID: xxxxxx
    Purchase Amount: -
    Status Update: 25 Nov 19
    Estimated payment: 25 Jan 20

This is essentially what mine looked like, with today's date as estimated payment. I clearly understand it's an estimate but I do not understand how they can set an estimated payment date that is a full month earlier than the T&Cs state when the eligibility will be decided upon.

I notice they stopped putting down estimated payment dates for later TSB transactions, from at least November 30 onwards.

Had my first 'decline' now, too. Exactly on the incorrectly set "expected payment date", like the others.

I couldn't get as far as filling in a claim form, as TSB don't appear to be listed now as a Retailer. So I just sent an email to Quidco support.

If you put tsb in the box it comes up with three betting companies, if you select one it takes you to the next page where you click on declined cashback claim and then the list of your transactions comes up and you can select the tsb one(s)declined.

Just another little hurdle that Quidco put in our way!

And to confuse further every claim doubles up the account entry in the cashback list.
  • Another day.
    Another declined cashback.
    Another claim.

Quidco CS about TSB: we can assure you that there are no ongoing issues with this retailer.

You have to give it to them , their sense of humour is second to none!

I ignore payment dates on Quidco, for many retailers they're out. But given my payment history from various retailers from Quidco, I wouldn't be seeking to blame Quidco for a declined claim without real evidence. That's not to say their support (e.g. the message above) doesn't need improvement.

If was a betting man, put money on it coming down to the definition of "two transactions"

I suspect you're right. The wording on Quidco states "Cashback is only available if for the first three months from account opening you pay in at least £500 each month and make two transactions per month". There doesn't appear to be anything in TSB's general terms that defines a 'transaction': https://www.tsb.co.uk/personal-banking-term-and-conditions1117.pdf. Would depositing and then withdrawing £500 count as the two transactions, or would you need a third since it says "pay in...£500 and make two transactions'?

Hi Guys, I've been away so I am really sorry for the delay in coming back to you all!!

There was a known issue with our claims form, where incorrect and declined claims were not being accepted via the website, but this has since been fixed and all claims should be raising as normal now

Anyone with a TSB decline, please email me from your registered accounts at Joseph@Quidco.com so I can look into them on a more personal level. Claims will need to be raised so we can challenge the retailers decision, but I am happy to see if there is any further information I can find for you all

I’m presuming that the definition of “make” is something user-initiated - i.e. the interest payment, even though it is clearly a transaction, as I haven’t “made” the transaction, it won’t count.

Two transactions is two payments OUT/leaving the tsb account. Any payments in, like the £500, are not transactions as regards this offer. OK I may well be wrong! Do your own research I’m not a banker and I don’t compose their definitions or t&c. I muddled through though.
