Quidco have added boxes for the last four digits of account number and sort code which wasn’t there two days ago so they must be doing something behind the scenes.
However if you put 0 as purchase amount it still wipes the details and gives an error message. Like a previous poster I tried putting in £500 and it worked.
Same put £100 on another claim and it worked.
All claims showing immediately in my Quidco account.
Hope the £500 and £100 purchase amounts don’t cause a problem.
The two accounts the Quidco cs did the claim for me show as £0 purchase which is strictly correct I think.0 -

I noticed that when I put in my claim Today, along with boxes to tick as to what type of TSB accont I opened. I didn't know it was new. I put in an amount of £1 and it went through OK.
Email I then received was
"Thank you for raising a missing cashback claim.
We will now review the details you have supplied and if we require further information to help us progress your claim we will be in touch.
On average claims with TSB Current Account can take up to 6 months to confirm your cashback."
6 months :eek:Retired 1st July 2021.
This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."0 -
I have put a claim in and also put £500 in the purchase box. A long wait to see the outcome of which will be a decline really so might just switch out to another bank0

Not sure tsb will still be here in 6 months.
The addition of the account number and sort code boxes for tsb claims does seem to support the idea that tsb are rejecting all claims out of hand in the hope claimants will not notice, not care or give up.
I just informed a CS from Quidco that I’d made the claims through their website etc his reply sorry but they can’t do anything about the time frame to expedite claims. Also they aren’t aware of any problem internally with the offer but will pass on my feedback.
This is the first time I’ve used Quidco
But then Quidco don’t make any money if tsb don’t pay up as far as I know so why are they so tardy about sorting the problem?0 -

After spending 47 minutes on the phone yesterday logging my complaint, it transpires it was never logged. Fuming. He literally lied to me!0

You could do it in branch if there’s one near you or write and keep a copy or make a complaint about your complaint if you know the time you called yesterday they could have a recording of it!0 -

Was this TSB?
If so you are on the road to more cashback :T
Failure to log a complaint is a massive no no as far as banking goes. as the call is recorded if you mention complaint, then it has to be logged. Even if it is resolved on that call.
Which clearly yours was not given it was advised it would be referred.Life in the slow lane0 -
I spoke to complaints at TSB about the complaint that wasn’t logged. She didn’t actually ask for much info about the Quidco issue, but did give me a reference number this time. To rub salt in the wounds during the call yesterday (which wasn’t logged) he actually asked me how long I’d been on the phone, what number I called and if I was on a mobile. All standard questions TSB ask as they credit cost of call if they uphold your complaint (maybe if they don’t too but never had one not upheld).
Anyway I will update this thread when TSB come back to me.0
