Another account declined for me today opened 20th November, Expected Payment day 20th January. Day of declined cashback 20th January.
    All terms met.

Imagine the scenario within the 90 day period stated in the t&c you intended to deposit £500 and make two transactions on the 25th January but before this date, after just two calendar months, declined your cashback for not meeting the t&c just described.

This didn’t apply to me but again illustrates the idiocy and validity of these woeful ‘decisions’.

My Quidco cashback was declined too. They were declined on 14&15/01/20 and had both tracked until those fateful days. I had the £50 for Classic plus a/c and £50 for Classic a/c respectively. I too credited each a/c with £500 with 3 monthly instalments. I also registered for paperless correspondence, and had the necessary debit card transactions. I contacted Quico through their live chat, and they too were at a loss as to the cashback claims being declined. They have initiated two claims on my behalf. They were helpful. Alas it can take up to six months before a decision either way can be adjudicated on. A lot of time and effort, but at least it didn't cost me financially :/
Ps: How do I join this Quidco appeal bandwagon, I'm relatively new to this, have read a lot of comments but not contributed till now. How do you find #128 that other contributors are paying reference to. Thanks.

The Quidco TSB offer does not require any debit card transactions. Although a debit card transaction will count towards the two monthly transactions required for the offer.

I called TSB and they have informed that they declined the cash back as 1) I applied outside the dates of 4th December and 2nd January and 2) I didn’t complete a switch.

    Lost. For. Words

They seem to be talking about a different tsb offer with different t&c?

If the Quidco offer they probably would say they don’t administer it but their affiliate marketer and/or Quidco should be contacted, that’s if they even know about the Quidco offer!?

Nope, the guy I spoke to said he spoke to the switcher team who was aware of the Quidco issue and was defiant in the fact I opened it before the promotion started and that I didn’t switch in!

Ah well. Seems we have another lot of payments for TSB incompetence coming our way.

Have you registered a formal complaint yet? (with TSB)
