Are 3 months already up since you first applied? I thought the offer only started in November last year?

    From the offer terms:

So if you have duly paid in £500 and had 2 transactions each month, surely it's way too early yet to turn you down?

Mine still show as tracked but I think my applications were at least a couple of weeks after the early takers.

The decline or confirm decisions are being made after two Calender months from account opening, don't know if this across the board, and its listed in my quidco account as the decision day which has duly happened yesterday and today.

In what sense it the offer time limited? Do you mean you have to fulfill conditions in the first 3 months?

    Typo? Did you mean £200?

The offer isn't time limited but there is I think a seven week limit after a decline to put a claim in.

Not a typo! There were different cashback rates on different days £55 for these four, there were subsequent offers at £57.50 then £50. Premium member if that made any difference.

Similar problems with rejections and difficulties in raising claims so have emailed them.

My wife & I already had a classic plus a/c each so we each opened one new classic a/c. The new a/cs were subsequently automatically merged onto our existing online logins.
  • I suggest all those declined with valid claims phone Quidco tomorrow when their phone lines are open. In the hope they will think it worth doing more than just submitting claims and actually tackle tsb/their affiliate so that in the coming days this identified problem might be fixed. Otherwise it snowballs for Quidco and tsb as more and more accounts reach their decision day and get declined. This is only day two of their mess up remember. It’s only going to get worse.

I know pigs could fly but hope springs eternal.
  • Perhaps for those sending the first email from their Quidco account if you give them the details listed above straight away it will be secure!?

This is a great suggestion, however I just wanted to tell people not to bother. I contacted them with all the information they needed and they still sent a "copy and paste" email asking for everything I'd sent them.

If was a betting man, put money on it coming down to the definition of "two transactions"

Did wonder myself if they will say you need to use the card to buy something, you know the card they send a PIN letter for that in no way identifies the account it relates to! No good if you opened several accounts. Or buy online I suppose.

I just did two or more money in money out transactions on each account each month:eek:

Do wonder why they make these open ended open as many accounts as you like offers then find reasons to decline the cashback. They got what they wanted, they should at least pay up.

I may be blind but I cannot see this clause in the TSB offer terms, or in the Quidco ones. Where did you see it?

All I can see is: "The eligibility is checked 90 days after the account is opened"

In your own Quidco account under Activity it lists the purchases such as opening a tsb account, might say Tracked £50 then to the right of that it says Estimated Payable which for most has been the same date exactly two months after account opening, hence 18th January. But some say -
Then look at the last ‘status update’ say 7th December and you can work out it’s two months after that the decision will be made 7th February.

They don’t obey their own t&c. They say 90 days but it’s two calendar months in practice.
  • How many TSB accounts can you open? how many can one person have?
