Also going round and round in a perpetual circle with Quidco trying to raise a claim.
Had you already had a switching offer on that profile from an existing account?0 -

Gave up with the claim page and just sent an email. My TSB cash back has been declined, tried to raise a claim using your appropriate page but your systems wont accept the details no matter what I input.
TSB cash back declined. an explanation please. I have complied with all the T&C's to the letter and feel this is a blatant breach of the misrepresentation act 1967. And a further attempt by yourselves to deliberately thwart legitimate claims.0 -

I'm just trying to spot a pattern. As my friend had theirs approved and they did not have any previous accounts and therefore did not have their account merged into an existing profile either, it's clearly a TSB (not Quidco) issue.0 -
People that have had theirs declined how many transactions did you do? Was it just a in & out or did some of you do more transaction like card payments?
My account was merged onto my existing user ID but my sisters wasn't, so we'll see if that is anything to do with it when ours get approved or declined (though when that will be is unknown as ours tracked at payment within a week, so date lapsed ages ago, but if like yours then be 1st Feb).0 -
When I’ve phoned tsb in the past depending on what department they are from some have access only to the account being discussed and can’t access my total accounts. Other departments have access to the lot. Suggesting the whole system isn’t knitted together (surprise!).
Possibly the validation people only have access to restricted info so accounts opened and migrated across may have disappeared as far as they are concerned.0 -

2: £500 in and out. But then so did the person that had theirs approved.0 -
Have received a reply to my email from Quidco saying no reason has been given for decline and asking me to send details by email stating classic or classic plus, last four digits of tsb account number and sort code.
Nothing about why Quidco own online claim form doesn’t work or how to make it work.
Doesn’t inspire confidence asking me to use unsecured email.
Addendum, have sent the details requested. They should now submit the claim and when they have it will appear in ‘claims’ tab when signed in to Quidco.
I replied directly to the email as it had a reference number.
Perhaps for those sending the first email from their Quidco account if you give them the details listed above straight away it will be secure!? Oh dear! As later discovered #136 this doesn’t work they still ask for a email reply giving the info just given!0 -
Mine has been declined too. Same problem here with the form. Submitted email.
Hopefully it’s just another TSB “issue”.0 -
Mine has also been declined and couldn't raise a support ticket so sent a e mail to CS, received one back asking for account details etc.0
