    Hello everyone!

I have been very busy so I have only just got round to doing my monthly finances.

I had a little more in my EF last month than I strictly counted and I got paid for a ton of overtime I did last month in this paypacket so my signature has made an unusually large leap this month - it certainly won't go up many times like this.

I have a small amount of money saved in an account I can't access online that needs to be added to this as well. I need to ring up the bank I have it with to check the exact balance as I can't look online. It's about £50 and when the chance arises I need to close this account and transfer the money to another one as it had a good savings rate for a while but now it is rubbish.

    Current balance:

    #45: £1765.06
Debt: £11,640.02 paid in full! DFD: 30/06/20
    Starter Emergency Fund (#187): £1000/£1000
    3 month Emergency Fund (#45): £3300/£3300

    Hello everyone 🤓

Can I please join in again, #9 starting with £100, target £4000.

I have previously saved up 7k but locked this money for two years to help out with an upcoming lease extension,  otherwise it would have been too tempting to spend it!

    Thank you. :)
  • Hi Dobbi
I've not posted in a long time but I can see on the spreadsheet that my number is still #24, which is great!  what with everything over the last year I've been otherwise occupied like all of us but I've still managed to keep saving and have increased my savings on balance on the spreadsheet (£1080/£3000).   My goal is still £3000 and my saving balance is now £1577. :)  Can you update my balance? Thank you.
    Cheers

  • Hello everyone,
I had a nice surprise of £25.00 in my bank account  as a payment for buying an insurance policy through a comparison website, so I've added it to my savings.
I still can't reach the bank where I have my small savings acccount, so I can't yet add that to the signature:

    Woo hoo!
I finally manged to get through to the company that holds my tiny savings account and it has £64.90 in it, which is slightly more than I expected.
If I add that to my EF total it becomes £1854.96, which is a very annoying number, so let me add an extra 4p to round it up to:

Thank you @Dobbibill! 😁 I'm trying...I hope to be able to sock away a fair amount at the end of the month. If I'm really, really lucky I might be able to get finish it off in two pay packets. *Crosses fingers* If it stretches to three wage slips, oh well...I still won't have failed! 😁
