Could I have a number please? My current mortgage balance is £63,380. I probably won’t be able to make largeish overpayments until August onwards as I’m concentrating on building up emergency and 3 month fund but I have managed £4.87 in January £0 in February and £68 in March so far. I would like an end of year target of £1,500 please; I need something to keep me focused and out of the shops! :rotfl:SPC #023 SPC 12: £125.86[/COLOUR]:SPC 13: £214.98: SPC 14: £297.41 SPC 15: £237.27 SPC 16 £335.39; SPC 17 £662.09 SPC 18 £20MFW #21 Mortgage start Dec 2015 £79,950; June 2025 £19,394.00 2025 OP £1589/COLOR]/£2,000 MFiT T6 #3 £19070/£25,500 (72.82%%) MFiT T7 #3 £2050/£21,930 (9.34%)0

#101 with my regular OP of £650 for April.
I actually missed a little bit of a milestone last month because my all-time (since Oct 2015) OP now stands at £10,750 which is nice to see. Less nice to realise that my end of April balance will be approx £241,184... but hey-ho as my name says, ChipAway!0 -
