Can I join please? I know it's a bit late. My target for this year is £20000 - that includes normal payments too. Thank you. So far we have paid £5545.28.

No. 7 here with an overpayment of £139 for April. Sadly it will be the last overpayment for this month as April is turning out to be rather expensive :(

Now that we've got most of the March updates in, I can announce that by the end of March, we overpaid a total of £283,568!

That's more than we paid for our flat, and with that amount, we could buy this new 4 bed detached house just outside of Newcastle: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-70356343.html

(Let's hope that this one doesn't fall apart within a few years, like the news this week about newbuilds seemed to suggest!)

    Another £493.66 overpaid this month.

I'm waiting on my tax refund from HMRC (I hope it would be refunded this month) and that's going straight into the mortgage when it arrives.
