I know I'm late to the party, but any chance I could join the challenge? It's been about 6 months since I bought my flat and I'm finally in a position to make some small overpayments.

My goal is to overpay £1000 by December.

£50 OP made this morning :)
Will update at the end of the month with any further OPs made during April

    Thanks julicorn :T
Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the end

  • Number #28. March op of £80.42
A lot lower than I'd like but I have paid for my living room and dining room to be completely replastered, so I'm hoping the effect on equity (overpayment + price rise due to perfect plaster) will be the same as if I'd made a bigger op.

    Thanks
    Julicorn.

    Hello,
#59 reporting an OP of £243.58 for April, making a total OP for year so far of £309.48.
Mortgage became a round figure £53K.
I am not quite on target as I need to buy euros for summer travel, will try harder to OP after summer and as much as I can before then.
    Thanks.
