    OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I am at £1286.68/£3000 or 42.89% of my annual spend so far
    I also Reverse Meal Plan on that thread and grow much of our own premium price fruit and veg, joining in on the Grow your own thread

  • October savings = £1,134.68

    This takes my total to £14,932 which is 99% of the way there! Iv been taking my monthly saving on pay day so always been a bit early! But i am aiming to save about £2k more than my target at end of the year.

    This thread has been so helpful in getting me to focus on saving more and iv noticed the 2 months iv not monitored my savings, iv spent on average 20 - 30% more. Shows how when you 'forget' what you are spending, you spend so much more and on stuff you dont need!

    Yes, I really agree with this. Grocery hoarding is my naughty habit when I stop paying attention

    Saved £617.36 this month - super pleased with that - in perspective that's 45% of my take home pay. Brings my year to date total to £6,216.09 / £7,500 :beer:
