Laura - exciting times ahead, just 3 weeks left! You sound super organised. Hope the days go by quickly and smoothly.

Today I am grateful for another mild day allowing laundry drying outside, for finding the foods on our list in the shops, for easy buses, for walking out and about with dd, for seeing some old friends, for said friends feeding us a yummy roast dinner, for getting some work stuff downloaded, for playing HPotter Cluedo, for just 1 more week until half term.

Long time no update, we went on holiday on the 4th and our internet access wasn't great and since we have been home I haven't had time/energy to deal with things online since.

    I've had plenty of NSD's on 5th, 7th, 8th, 10th,12th, 13th, 14th, 15th :money:

Holiday spends were lower than expected as my parents insisted on paying for most things (they did try and pay for everything but finally we were allowed to pay) These spends also included the meals we ate whilst driving to and from our holiday usually, we would take food from home but I planned plenty of breaks on our journey as I didn't want to drive 6+ hours without them. We stopped at service stations to use the toilets, for meal breaks we left the motorway and visited local towns.

    Budget:
    Groceries: £30.56/£310
    Diesel: £23.23/£180
    Entertainment £0/£150
    Personal spends £3/£45
    Holiday spends £204.60/£500
    NSD 10/15
Making do/using up: Since we have been home we rearranged which day we were having each meal so we could delay shopping from yesterday until tomorrow. Then as we are both feeling exhausted we had another change to tonight's plan and decided to use up HM bolognese sauce from the freezer to make lasagna. I'm counting this as a multiple win as didn't order a take away (OH did suggest it:naughty:), we used something up from the freezer (often it's full to bursting), we ate a delicious dinner without too much effort and lastly, we have a meal idea to put on the next meal plan :j

Now we are back I will make a big effort to report in every day.
