Who did the estimate - did you tell them your actual consumption to improve the accuracy of the estimate and have you been giving them actual meter readings so you are sure that your bills accurately reflect your consumption.
You cannot blame the energy company for either under or over estimating your consumption if you don't give accurate information to them
My monthly bills are exactly in line with my meter readings which are a bit less than my estimates because this winter has been warmer than average.I'm on target to balance my account in August when my deal finishes - probably with a bit of credit because I haven't used quite as much energy as I usually do at this time of the year.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -

Same here for the last week.Tried old and new sites but neither work.Sent them a Facebook message and they replied that they were aware of login issues.'Our IT Dept are working on it and hope to have it up and running soon'.Offered to take my meter readings via Facebook Messenger in the meantime.0 -

I switched to Eversmart this time last year. There was no problem switching, and no problem since. Just friendly helpful service. Their billing is also very easy to understand. That is why I'm staying with them for the next year.0
