It has been flaky for a couple of days now with a message on the log in screen. Just logged in OK after a couple of attempts but navigation within the site is hit and miss.

And they have produced my bill.

Just had an email from them offering me £40 if I'll have gas and elec smart meters fitted. Told them I'm not interested.

I don't really need them but I'll maybe have them fitted near the end of the year, when SMETS2 (or later) are the only ones being fitted.

I hope you've downloaded and saved a copy for when they evaporate

Seems OK now, and I too have a correct bill!

Despite telling them so many times I do not want a smart meter they continue to annoy me. The latest annoyance is to have a smart meter but as a sweetener they are offering a cash payment of £20 per utility.

My fix finishes on the 24 April and have already lined up Bulb. However will not do anything until after this date otherwise I forfeit the £20 bonus what went with my fix.

I'm in the same situation. My fixed deal with Eversmart 'Smart Special' ends on 20th April.

I too am thinking of going with Bulb purely because of the bonus £50.

What is this £20 bonus you are referring to with Eversmart ?

When I took out the fix in May 2018 it was for 12 months. They said even if I decided to leave them when the 12 months was up as a thank you they would add a credit of £20 to my account.

Thanks. Is that something you negotiated with them at the time, rather than it being a standard deal ? - I can't find any mention of it on my paperwork.
